Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive

Executive Support Administrator responsibilities

to provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistant support within the business. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day to day operation of senior leadership activities while also supporting wider office administration.


The successful candidate will be detail orientated, professional, and confident managing multiple priorities. You will act as a key point of coordination, supporting senior stakeholders while maintaining high standards of confidentiality, organisation, and communication.


This is a varied and hands on role offering exposure across the business, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, professional environment.


Key Responsibilities

General Administration




Provide comprehensive administrative support across the business, ensuring efficient office operations Manage correspondence, emails, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely responses Maintain and organise electronic and physical filing systems Support meeting preparation, including agendas, documentation, and minute taking where required Coordinate office supplies, facilities requests, and general office administration Assist with onboarding administration for new starters Support internal communications and coordination between departments

Personal Assistant Duties




Provide PA support to senior leadership, including diary management and meeting coordination Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries as required Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents Act as a trusted point of contact, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion Support planning and coordination of senior leadership priorities and deadlines Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior leaders

Organisation and Support




Manage competing priorities effectively, ensuring deadlines are met Anticipate administrative needs and proactively resolve issues Support ad hoc projects and business initiatives as required Ensure professionalism and consistency in all communications

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Essential




Proven experience in an administrative or PA role within a professional environment Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Confident working independently and managing multiple tasks

Desirable




Previous experience supporting senior leadership or executives Experience working within a corporate or multi site organisation Familiarity with document management and office systems

Working Hours and Location

Full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Based at ASEL Group offices in Rochdale Office based role with limited flexibility subject to business needs Occasional travel may be required
