We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Support Assistant to join our team and help drive the smooth operation of a busy and dynamic college or service. This varied role goes far beyond diary management--you'll be at the heart of supporting senior staff through everything from organising meetings and events, coordinating travel and recruitment processes, handling confidential matters with discretion and ensuring the school executive functions administratively. You'll also play a key part in ensuring the wider team stays on track by maintaining systems, managing communications, resolving queries, and delivering excellent customer service to internal and external contacts. If you're someone who thrives on variety, can juggle priorities with ease, and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps everything running behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you
About you
You'll bring varied administrative experience from a professional office setting, ideally in a customer-focused environment where delivering excellent service is a priority. You're confident working with confidential information, experienced in taking minutes, and comfortable supporting more than one person at a time. With solid IT skills across Microsoft Office--particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email--you're able to manage and manipulate data to produce clear, useful reports. You're highly organised, able to plan and prioritise your workload effectively, and thrive when managing multiple tasks and deadlines at once. You work well both independently and as part of a team, take a positive, solutions-focused approach, and communicate clearly. You're committed to continuous improvement, keen to develop your own skills, and enthusiastic about helping others do the same.
