You will bring experience of PA or Executive Support, including managing busy diaries, preparing papers, coordinating meetings and handling sensitive information with discretion. This is a varied role, and you'll be working as part of the wider Education Servies Operations Team, supporting the daily business needs of our busy Team and wider Service activities, including student facing spaces.
We are looking for a motivated and flexible individual to join us as an Executive Support Officer in the Education Services Operations Team
About you
You will join a team of three Administrators supporting Education Services. With your focus being on providing Executive support, you will also support the team to provide the best experience for staff and students.
The key to your success in this role will be:
Communication - You build positive, effective relationships with colleagues at all levels, communicating clearly and confidently both in writing and in person. You'll feel comfortable representing senior leaders, preparing meeting papers, taking minutes, and ensuring actions are followed through.
Collaboration - You enjoy working with others to solve problems and improve processes. You will work closely with teams across Education Services and beyond, sharing information, coordinating activities and contributing to a supportive and efficient working environment.
Organisation - You are someone who can manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, track key activities and keep things moving. Whether coordinating executive meetings, monitoring departmental processes, or planning small scale projects, you take pride in being reliable and detail focused.
Innovation - You will be open to improving the way things are done, using technology confidently to streamline processes, analyse data, and develop clear and accessible materials for staff and students.

This is a full-time, permanent post, working 37 hours per week.
