As a private not-for-profit organisation, we deliver specialised neurological rehabilitation and pioneering exercise-based therapy programmes at our unique outpatient gym-based centre in

Hemel Hempstead

Key Responsibilities:



Hands-on delivery of

specialised strength and conditioning

and exercise-based programmes for individuals with neurological conditions. Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, exercise specialists, and other professionals to

develop and enhance rehabilitation pathways

. Contribute to the

continuous improvement

and innovation of our programmes and services. Participate in ad-hoc projects aimed at increasing awareness and impact of the organisation. Engage in initiatives designed to enhance the client experience. Demonstrate commitment to

excellence and professional development

. Some travel may be required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Strength and Conditioning, Sport Science, or a related field. Minimum

1 year of hands-on coaching or rehabilitation experience

. Excellent team player with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Confidence in adapting sessions for individuals with a variety of physical abilities and neurological presentations. Additional certifications in strength and conditioning (e.g., UKSCA, NSCA CSCS) are highly desirable.

Compensation:



Salary: From

30,000.00 per year
