Exercise Instructor
Job Description
To deliver safe and effective (primarily) cardiac specific exercise routines, ensuring all members are working at the correct intensity, performing correct technique and amending any exercises as appropriate. To react appropriately to members that do not feel well.
Using excellent communication skills provide a professional and welcoming service and induct new members, introducing them to the club and their class/session.
Carry out health and exercise tolerance assessments for new and existing members and develop an appropriate exercise plan.
Full training given.
Hourly rate dependant on qualifications and experience.
Pay: 13.30-14.68 per hour
