Expeditor and Document Controller
This person will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and technical documentation. This position requires close coordination with Customers, Suppliers, Global Logistics and Transportation Companies & our team to maintain order schedules and ensure compliance with industry standards and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Expediting
Monitor and expedite the delivery of long-lead items, Stock orders, and equipment for upstream, midstream, or downstream projects.
Interface with suppliers to track manufacturing progress, FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), and shipping schedules.
Identify and mitigate risks of delays through proactive follow-up and escalation.
Maintain expediting logs and generate regular status reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
Coordinate with logistics and customs teams to ensure timely clearance and delivery to site.
Document Control
Manage the flow of engineering and vendor documentation in accordance with document control procedures.
Ensure timely receipt, review, distribution, and archiving of technical documents such as datasheets, drawings, Certification and inspection reports.
Maintain accurate document registers and ensure version control across all project phases.
Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
Liaise with engineering, QA/QC, and sales team to ensure documentation is complete and approved before use.

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
