Are you passionate about financial reporting, data analysis, and process improvement? If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to support strategic decision-making within a dynamic environment, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills. We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Finance team, assisting with expense forecasting, reporting simplification, portfolio analysis, and providing insights to influence business strategy.



As a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst, you'll support the delivery of UK&I expense forecasts and budgets, contribute to group reporting and results analysis, and develop dashboards to communicate performance insights. You'll build strong relationships with business partners to understand MI needs and support strategic initiatives with data-driven analysis.



At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you'll be doing:







Support the delivery of consolidated UK&I expense forecasts, budgets, and results allocation Assist in the timely and accurate delivery of group reporting and perform results analysis Lead report simplification through redesign and redevelopment of expense reporting Build strong relationships with expense business partners to understand MI needs and business priorities Gather and analyse relevant data to assess business productivity metrics and identify trends Develop dashboards and reports to communicate performance insights clearly Support portfolio management by maintaining business case templates, portfolio forecasts, and analysing risks/opportunities Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and evaluate financial impact of projects and investments

What you'll bring:





Experience in financial planning, reporting, or analysis roles preferably within insurance or finance sectors Strong analytical, process improvement, and data management skills Advanced MI tools proficiency, including Anaplan, Power BI, Power Pivot Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle large data volumes and summarise key points effectively Strong communication skills to convey complex insights clearly and professionally Proven ability to deliver under pressure and meet tight deadlines High integrity in handling confidential and sensitive data Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
