to lead, inspire, and expand our high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in residential property sales who thrives on achieving results, building client trust, and developing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and Manage Sales Team
: Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, mentor junior agents, and set performance benchmarks.
Drive Listings and Sales
: Secure new instructions with homeowners and property developers, consistently achieving (and exceeding) listing targets.
Client Relationship Management
: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Appraisals
: Conduct accurate valuations backed by local market knowledge and comparable evidence.
Develop Business Opportunities
: Identify new ways to generate leads, grow market share, and boost brand visibility.
Compliance and Standards
: Ensure all sales processes adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years
of estate agency experience in a sales-focused role.
Demonstrable track record in achieving and exceeding listing and sales targets.
Leadership experience - able to inspire and manage a team.
Excellent local market knowledge.
Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, well-organised, and target-driven.
Full UK driving licence (preferred).
