As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, menu knowledge, and a friendly attitude. Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are noted. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and dietary options. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need for an enjoyable experience. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant or hospiltality setting is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. sommelier or wine knowledge would be an advantage. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables at once. Exceptional guest service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for patrons. Experience in upselling menu items is a plus. A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
