About the Role



We are currently hiring

Full-Time

Part-Time

Instructors for this summer with the potential of a full or part time position.

This position is perfect for:

Individuals who love sharing their passion for blacksmithing. Those seeking a complete career change. Students wanting to gain practical experience in a unique environment.

Key Responsibilities



Guide guests through blacksmithing processes during various experience day packages. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure every participant has a memorable experience. Maintain a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment within the forge. Collaborate with team members to provide high-quality experiences and events.

Who We're Looking For



We're looking for individuals who are passionate about blacksmithing and have the interpersonal skills to share their enthusiasm with our guests.

Essential Qualities

:

A genuine love for blacksmithing and a desire to share this craft with others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude towards guests of all ages and backgrounds.

Other Requirements

:

Transportation is essential, as our forge is in a rural location. A full driving license and access to your own vehicle is preferred.

Pay: 104.00-160.00 per day
