We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications and standards Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient workflow Manage food production processes, maintaining consistency and presentation standards Oversee food safety protocols, hygiene practices, and cleanliness within the kitchen environment Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction Develop new recipes and menu items to enhance the culinary offerings Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimise waste Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Lead by example in fostering a positive, professional, and collaborative team atmosphere

Experience

Proven supervisory experience within a professional kitchen setting Extensive background in food production, cooking, and food preparation Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively Experience working in hospitality or restaurant environments with a focus on quality service Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure Previous experience in developing menus or innovative culinary concepts is desirable Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork and customer service excellence

Pay: 300.00-730.07 per week
