We are seeking a skilled Store Assistant to support the daily operations of U:Move E-Bikes, where we aim to create a thriving culture of movement, embracing the exciting worlds of E-Bikes, art and sustainability! The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our Titanic store, raising awareness, achieving sales targets, and most importantly, ensuring excellent customer service.
The position is initially open to part-time applications, but dependent on success, it may be extended. The key is that we only want to hire the right person, so you may be super talented but may just need a bit of flexability.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the store, ensuring a highly professional experience for customers.
- Booking (and taking of) Experience Rides, providing customers with confidence and education, providing recommendations for suitable solutions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed
- Maintain a clean and organised store environment
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll and reporting
Skills
- Proven experience in retail management
- Proven ability to work independently and with limited supervision/direction
- Strong sales management skills with a focus on achieving targets
- High interpersonal skills with excellent natural rapport, with an ability to discuss and understand a customer's potential requirements
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and manage store operations efficiently
If you have a passion for retail, excellent people skills, we can provide all the knowledge required for the world of E-Bikes. We do not need you to know anything about E-Bikes, but we do expect you to have an amazing passion and a desire to make U:Move an amazing experience.
