Working on sites across London and the South East, office in Croydon
Position:
Full-time, Permanent
About Us
Elite Renewables installs heat pumps, solar panels, and other renewable energy systems for homes and businesses across London and the South East.
The renewable energy sector is booming and we're growing fast. This job gives you steady work all year - AC in summer and ventilation/MVHR work in winter. You'll work with the latest kit and help the UK hit its green targets.
The Job
The Air Conditioning Engineer will work across a wide range of HVAC systems, supporting installation, project work, reactive callouts, and planned maintenance. You'll be installing air conditioning systems - from simple splits in houses to big VRV systems in offices and shops. As we also do heating work, there's plenty of work all year round, not just in summer.
The ideal candidate is confident, adaptable, and capable of working on varied systems within high-end residential properties, schools, offices, and bespoke industrial projects. You will also play a key role in overseeing installation quality, advising on materials and resources, and contributing to the development of the engineering team.
This role would suit someone looking to move into a more technical and customer facing role within the HVAC industry.
Our team takes pride in their work and appreciate that doing a great job means more than just the install - we're here to give customers a great service that keeps them coming back and referring their friends to us.
What You'll Be Doing
Carry out installation, service, maintenance, and repair works on a variety of AC and HVAC systems, including splits, VRVs, chillers, AHUs, LTHW/chilled systems, MVHR, ventilation, air source heat pumps, and mechanical systems.
