Aesthetician/Beauty Therapist

with professional electrolysis qualifications to join our team.

Role Overview

You will provide high-quality, results-focused skincare treatments, assist with front-of-house duties as required, and play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional client journey from start to finish. You'll work closely with the team, with opportunities for ongoing training and development in advanced procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, effective, and professional electrolysis hair removal treatments Provide a range of advanced facial and skincare treatments Conduct detailed client consultations, including skin analysis and treatment planning Maintain accurate treatment records and client confidentiality Uphold strict hygiene and health & safety standards Offer advice and product recommendations to support clients' skincare goals Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for clients Participate in continuous training and professional development

Requirements:

Recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Electrolysis certification Proven experience in delivering electrolysis treatments Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatment protocols Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional, caring, and client-focused approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends

Desirable Skills:

Additional qualifications in advanced aesthetics (e.g., microneedling, chemical peels, laser) Sales experience or ability to recommend and sell skincare products Experience with treatment booking systems
