We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks related to automotive services. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that all service requests are handled efficiently and effectively.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their automotive service needs.
Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform clerical duties including data entry and maintaining accurate records of service requests.
Ordering of vehicle parts.
Organise service schedules and appointments to optimise workflow.
Maintain a clean and orderly office environment to enhance productivity.
Parts and oil stock control
Collaborate with the service team and management to help deliver a gret customer experience.
Experience
Previous experience in an automotice service reception role is essential.
Familiarity with automotive services essential.
Proficiency in using computerised systems for data entry and record keeping.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail in documentation.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
