Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service in a lively environment, ensuring patrons enjoy a memorable experience. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area, and supporting the overall operation of our establishment. Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.

Responsibilities

Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly to customers Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of drinks and food. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards Check identification to verify legal drinking age Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately Restock bar supplies as needed and manage stock levels effectively Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance customer satisfaction Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times Assist in setting up for events or special occasions when required

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or food service environments, ideally within a restaurant or bar setting Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately Effective time management to ensure prompt service even during peak hours Ability to work well within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers Personal presentation that reflects professionalism and hospitality standards

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
