Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our patrons. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Ideally the right candidate will have excellent cocktail making skills

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of food safety practices is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle high-pressure situations efficiently. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and helping others enjoy their experience. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
