We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Barber. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service & barbering services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling as though the have enjoyed the best possible experience. A high level of technical ability in all areas of barbering & the ability to communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs & deliver a first class level of service will be key to your success in this position.
Duties
Deliver a technically excellent level of barbering.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their preferences, and offering professional advice on hairstyles, maintenance and our products.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques to provide clients with contemporary options.
Build a loyal clientele through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience
Proven experience in hair styling or barbering is essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Excellent communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with clientele.
