Your Day-to-Day
Prepare exceptional coffee drinks with speed, accuracy, and artistry.
Lead shifts, support the team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Deliver exceptional
customer service / hospitality
.
Oversee
cafe operations
: stock, ordering, cleanliness, compliance.
Support training and development of the wider team.
What We're Looking For
2+ years' experience in specialty coffee
as a Barista, Senior Barista, or Supervisor.
Strong technical coffee skills (dial-in, espresso extraction, milk texturing, filter brewing).
Confidence with
La Marzocco espresso machines
and
Mahlkonig grinders
.
Leadership ability: shift management, team coaching, problem-solving.
A genuine passion for
coffee, hospitality, and teamwork
.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
