Experienced Barista/Cafe Assistant: Full-Time, Permanent - Starting at 12.50/hour

Overview of Role:

Warmly welcome customers to the Gourmet Grocer Cafe whilst always offering excellent customer service. Skilled at Barista service.

Responsibilities:

Serve hot or cold beverages often tailored to customers preferences. Meet, greet, and welcome all customers to the Cafe with a smile. Interact with customers whilst assisting with their requirements offering exceptional customer care. Operate tills systems with due diligence. Stock and replenish all areas where required. Maintain the group's high level of standards in customer care and service. Build a rapport with customers, offering an experience with exceptional customer service. Ensure your work area, utensils and equipment is always clean, neat, and tidy. Ensure stock orders levels are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years' customer service experience Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Excellent customer service skills. Always well presented in full uniform. Flexibility and willingness to ensure cafe is running efficiently and effectively.
