Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have experience on late night bar service, total knowledge on all cocktails and prides themselves on speed of service and guest experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for billing purposes Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and report any shortages or discrepancies Uphold the establishment's standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable Strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol serving practices Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions efficiently Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude A friendly demeanour with strong communication skills to engage with guests
