We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a flair for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, ensuring food safety standards are met, and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who would like to understand the pub, customers and then wants to progress in the role to take leadership position in future.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines while handling ingredients and serving food items. Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service to enhance their experience. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service. Process orders accurately, including handling payments and managing tabs. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours. Stay informed about new products, trends, and techniques in the bartending industry.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing your ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs efficiently. Excellent time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks effectively. Knowledge of serving techniques and an understanding of food safety practices are essential. Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
