Littleover Building Services Limited are a reputable construction company currently in their 40th year of trading having been established in 1985. We work on a wide range of domestic and commercial projects across Derbyshire and the wider Midlands area. Due to continual expansion and workload, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Bricklayer to join our team.

Responsibilities

Carry out high quality brickwork across our various projects Set out buildings accurately without assistance Ensure all works maintain health and safety standards Maintain a professional approach with clients at all times Oversee projects and liaise with the Contracts Manager on all issues Forecast material requirements in advance and inform Contracts Manager Work as part of a team as well as individually

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience from date of qualification NVQ2 as a minimum CSCS card preferred but not essential Be able to work 7.30am - 4.15pm (Monday - Friday) Set out projects confidently and accurately Hold a full, clean UK driving licence Be reliable and punctual and able to work across the Midlands Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
