Role Summary
We are seeking an
experienced Bricklayer
to join our team. This role is vital in delivering
high-quality masonry work
that meets our company's standards of excellence and client satisfaction. You will work on a range of projects across contributing to both new builds and renovation works.
Key Responsibilities
Lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry units
accurately and efficiently
Read and interpret
blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Ensure all work
complies with safety standards and building regulations
Collaborate with
site managers, project leads, and other trades
to meet deadlines
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to a
high standard of cleanliness and safety
Contribute to the
quality, durability, and appearance
of all completed work
Assist with general site preparation and clean-up when required
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a
Bricklayer.
Strong understanding of
masonry techniques, materials, and safety procedures -
working with Flint preferable but not required.
Proficiency with
hand tools, power tools, and masonry equipment
Ability to
read technical drawings
and follow detailed plans
Excellent
attention to detail
and pride in workmanship
Physically fit, with good stamina and reliability
A
full UK driving licence
and
own transport
(travel between sites required)
Experience in
carpentry or roofing
is advantageous but not essential
Relevant
certifications or CSCS card
are desirable
