Manufacture high-quality bespoke display stands, plinths, and furniture to exact specifications
Work from drawings, sometimes adapting and problem-solving on the go
Ensure millimetre-perfect accuracy and attention to detail
Consider material usage and wastage to maximise efficiency
Build with functionality in mind - thinking ahead about client use and on-site installation
Collaborate closely with our spray-finishing team to ensure builds are finish-ready
Maintain a tidy, safe, and organised workspace
Operate woodworking machinery, tools, and equipment safely and effectively
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Carpenter/Joiner, ideally within exhibitions, shopfitting, or bespoke furniture
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with precision
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt builds when required
Excellent understanding of materials, joints, and construction techniques
Commitment to producing high-quality work with a meticulous eye for detail
Good communication skills and a team-player mindset
What We Offer:
A friendly, skilled team who take pride in their work
Variety - no two projects are the same
The chance to work on exciting, high-profile builds for prestigious clients
