We're looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Advisor to join our New Car Sales team at Sandicliffe Leicester.

What You'll Do

Welcome and engage with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the new car buying process Build lasting relationships by providing a professional, tailored service Present finance, insurance, and product options clearly and compliantly Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction Stay up to date with new car models, features, and manufacturer promotions

What We're Looking For

Previous sales experience - ideally in automotive, but we also welcome candidates from retail or customer service backgrounds Strong communication and relationship-building skills A customer-first approach and a professional attitude Self-motivated and target-driven Full UK driving licence
