As an integral part of our home care team, you will support the safe delivery of care services, mentor junior staff, and uphold effective reporting pathways. You will work closely with Care Coordinators to ensure our clients receive compassionate, tailored, and professional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes
- Support the safe and effective delivery of services
- Mentor and support junior staff to develop their skills and confidence
- Follow reporting procedures and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with Care Coordinators to plan and deliver care effectively
- Undertake relevant training and development opportunities
- Drive to client locations (must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle)

- Proven experience as a Care Worker in a home care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting client well-being
- Full valid driving license and own transport
- Flexibility to work bank hours in advance to cover staff leave
