We are seeking a skilled and versatile Carpenter to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of practical skills across the carpentry trade. Duties
Fabricate and assemble structural components using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment.
Perform carpentry and joinery tasks, including framing, fitting, and finishing.
Conduct roofing repairs or installations with appropriate safety measures.
Undertake heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during various stages of projects.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in carpentry work is essential.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment relevant to construction trades.
Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces if required.
Good organisational skills with the ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
Physical fitness suitable for demanding manual labour tasks over extended periods.
Full driving licence is essential.
Company vehicle provided. Based in Pembroke Dock, working in surrounding areas. Monday-Friday 40-hour permanent full-time contract, with weekend overtime available.
