We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspiring and guiding participants of all ages and skill levels in various sports activities. Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging sports coaching sessions tailored to different age groups and abilities Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure participants understand techniques and rules Motivate and encourage players to develop their skills whilst maintaining a fun and inclusive environment Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement Ensure all activities are conducted safely, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times Organise equipment and maintain the cleanliness of the coaching area before and after sessions Foster team spirit, sportsmanship, and positive behaviour among participants Assist in organising tournaments, competitions, or special sporting events as required

Experience

Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching within a similar setting is desirable Strong knowledge of various sports disciplines and coaching techniques Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others Ability to adapt coaching methods to suit different age groups and skill levels Organised with good time management skills to plan sessions effectively A recognised coaching qualification or relevant sports-related qualification is advantageous but not essential

Pay: 13.54-20.25 per hour
