FLN Consulting Engineers are an established multi-discipline engineering consultancy with offices in the UK and Ireland. We work closely with clients, architects and other design orientated colleagues to deliver high quality structural design throughout the UK and Ireland. Due to expanding workload, a vacancy exists in our structural division based in Glasgow for an experienced AutoCAD Technician.

A competitive salary is offered dependent on experience. The opportunity exists for Hybrid Working. (Working from the office / home). Contributory company pension scheme. 20 days annual leave and 10 days statutory leave (30 days total). Early Friday finish at 15.30.
Working as a Civil / Structural CAD technician your key responsibilities will include.

Assisting engineers with the preparation of civil and structural AutoCAD and Revit drawings. Liaise with clients and engineering team members to execute and deliver projects. Attend site visits and surveys when required to support the preparation of drawings.
Required qualifications and key skills.

Experience with AutoCAD and / or Revit is essential. Knowledge of steelwork and RC detailing would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong computer literacy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
