Overview
We are seeking a professional and experienced Cleaning Operative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of commercial and office cleaning protocols, be confident in executing daily routines, and uphold our brand's commitment to quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning of offices, communal areas, kitchens, and toilets
Maintain hygiene standards in high-traffic zones including reception and stairwells
Execute rotational deep cleans and follow task sequencing protocols
Monitor and replenish consumables (soap, paper towels, etc.)
Adhere to COSHH regulations and safe chemical handling procedures
Complete daily checklists and report any issues or hazards
Represent the brand professionally in client-facing environments
Follow all health and safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in commercial or office cleaning
Knowledge of BICSc standards and cleaning task sequencing
Familiarity with COSHH and SDS documentation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and time management
Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards
Right to work in the UK
Desirable (Not Essential)
BICSc certification or equivalent training
Experience in ISO-compliant environments
Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices
