This is a full-time
PAYE role
(not self-employed), ideal for someone who is
reliable, self-motivated, and has a positive attitude
. You'll work to a high standard of safety and quality, support your team, and be keen to develop further through our in-house training and mentorship programme.

About the Role
As a Tree Surgeon/Climber, you will:
Undertake a wide range of tree surgery operations
Perform aerial work including pruning, reductions, dismantling, and rigging
Operate specialist machinery and tools (training provided where needed)
Work as part of a close-knit team to deliver high-quality arboricultural services
Maintain strong health and safety standards, especially in public areas
Work in all weather conditions and at height
What We're Looking For
Experienced climber with a strong work ethic
Positive, enthusiastic, and dependable team player
Willingness to develop skills and take on new challenges
Good timekeeping and communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and work safely and efficiently
Essential Qualifications & Experience
NPTC Units 30, 31, 38 & 39 (Units 40/41 desirable)
Experience working in a professional tree service environment
Understanding of health & safety regulations
First Aid certificate
Cert Arb or similar qualification preferred
Chipper and MEWP qualifications desirable
B+E driving entitlement advantageous
