CNC Machinist who can work as an individual and as part of team,
you must be able to able to Program CNC milling machines referencing the detail drawing.
You will be a key member of the machine shop team, and will actively be involved in the creating, editing and proving out of CNC programmes as well as manufacturing and self-inspection of quality components individually or as part of an assembly. This role covers both new products and existing parts from one offs to small batches.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
To Program CNC machines (Mazatrol Preferred)
To set CNC machines
To operate CNC machines
To work to tight tolerances and check own work
To work, following training, to customer drawings and specifications
To work with minimum supervision
Role Requirements:
The role is primarily based at our Hinckley production facility; however, occasional travel to our Nottingham facility may be required to meet business needs.
Must be able to able to Program, set and operate CNC milling machines to produce parts correct to Engineering drawing.
Must be able to read and understand Engineering Drawing Geometrical Requirements.
Able to work with Alphacam software.
Mazatrol or Heidenhain experience required.
5 Axis experience is preferable.
Must have skill in using precision measurement tools including micrometers, verniers, depth gauges and plug gauges etc.
Must have the personality to work as part of a small team.
Self-motivated to treat each job as a challenge to produce a quality component.
