Sannio Restaurant is an Italian Restaurant across from the King's Theatre. We are a small 45 cover restaurant, specialised in pre and post theatre with a quick turnaround quality dishes, cocktails, wines & drinks.

We are looking for;

An EXPERIENCED COCKTAIL BARTENDER with at least 2 years of Cocktail experience behind busy bars & restaurants. who can prepare and serve our cocktails and other drinks, used to fast paced service, serves with a smile, speaking very well English and who can start in the next week or so.

Our Restaurant Manager will give you the necessary training for our way of the cocktails, waiting, prep and service. Free Staff food & staff drinks as well as working with a friendly environment with early finish as the weekdays the last ordering times are at 7:30pm and the weekends are at 8:30pm most of the times. The job includes doing the stock, cleaning up, closing up, opening up on some of the days, serving tables (food & drink) and doing all the necessary jobs from the stocking up to doing the cutlery, etc, as a team we do everything, we work as a team and everyone does all the jobs but in return we earn you above most restaurants in the trade.

You will be working in most of the theatre times that about 4 to 5 evenings a week over the whole year, some weeks more and some weeks less, depends on the shows at the King's Theatre. You will be working on most of the pre theatres (4pm or 4:30 or latest 5pm to around 9pm ish in the weekdays and about 10pm ish on Fri/Sat as well as being able to work most Saturdays 12pm till 10pm ish with an hour break). It is anything between 20 to 40 hours per week which can be slightly altered for the right person, mostly evenings, on an average about 30-35 hours with weekly payments via your bank, we always pay above well above average the minimum wage and a part of the service charge and tips. Part of the service charge also paid into your bank account weekly.

Earning are always above the minimum wage for your age plus share of service charge plus tips plus small annual bonus plus 6 weeks paid holidays annually plus free parking if you are travelling by car plus staff food plus working in an amazing team.

You must be able to start ASAP (within a week or two max) and be able to work in from September 2025 until at least till July 2026, including whole month of December.
