Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coffee Barista to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong training as a Barista with excellent service skills, and with excellent team management skills to lead our staff effectively.

Duties

Oversee daily operations of the beverage department, ensuring adherence to company standards. Supervise and train staff in coffee preparation, service techniques, and safety protocols. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock to ensure availability. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain cleanliness Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Assist in the planning and execution of special events or promotions within the food and beverage department.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Barista role within the food and beverage industry. Strong knowledge of food production processes, and Barista skills. Excellent team management abilities with a focus on training and developing staff. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
