FM2U Ltd is a professional and reliable facilities management company with a number of building site cleaning contracts operating across the North West. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced

self-employed construction site cleaners

to join our team and work on a range of active and completed construction sites over the next 12 - 36 months.

Locations:

Liverpool, Whiston, St Helens, Manchester, Chester (various sites).

Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across all stages of construction, including: First / Builders Cleans 2nd & 3rd Intermediate Cleans Sparkle Cleans Internal and external cleaning of new-build and refurbished properties Removal of construction dust, debris, labels, and protective coverings. Cleaning to developer handover and client specifications. Follow all Health & Safety onsite guidelines Wear PPE, including steel toe capped boots / shoes, hard hat / high vis.

Essential Requirements

Proven experience in construction site or a similar role within the construction industry Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proven experience in construction site cleaning Valid

CSCS card

(required for site access) Strong knowledge of site health and safety procedures Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards Self-employed status (or willingness to register) Reliable, punctual, and professional approach. Job Type: Freelance

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
