About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled
Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
to join our busy team as thenumber two to the Head of Department
. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to take on a senior role in a supportive and dynamic firm.Key Responsibilities:
Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters Handling re-mortgage work with efficiency and accuracy Assisting and supporting the Head of Department with departmental management tasks Ensuring excellent client care and maintaining strong professional relationships Working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
Essential Requirements:
A minimum of
5 years PQE
in conveyancing (solicitor or licensed conveyancer) Strong experience inre-mortgage work
Proven ability to manage caseloads independently and efficientlyDesirable (Premium Offered):
Experience with
bridging finance transactions
Personal Qualities:
Approachable and professional manner Friendly and collaborative team player Ability to remain calm and perform under pressure Strong organisational and communication skills
