We are seeking an experienced cook who can handle all aspects of our kitchen operations. This vacancy would suit someone who is used to working in hospitality and in particular used to working in a pub, serving food. We also need experienced bar staff able to work approximately 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard.
Manage the kitchen team and ensure smooth operations.
Maintain stock levels and order supplies.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Contribute to menu development.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Staff training and supervision.
Experience
Proven experience in a commercial kitchen.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
