Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Curtain and Blind Maker to join our dynamic team on a part-time, hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crafting high-quality curtains and blinds, excellent customer-facing skills, and administrative experience to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, measure, and craft bespoke curtains and blinds to meet client specifications and design briefs.

- Collaborate with the design team to ensure alignment with overall project aesthetics and functionality.

- Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on fabric choices, styles, and installation options.

- Conduct on-site consultations and measurements to ensure precision and client satisfaction.

- Manage client interactions with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive and personalised experience.

- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and supporting project coordination.

- Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all projects.

- Assist in the installation of curtains and blinds as needed.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a curtain and blind maker, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

- Administrative experience, with proficiency in office software and organisational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of current trends and innovations in fabric and window treatment design.

- Valid driving licence and ability to travel to client sites as required.
