Here at Proud Gardens we are friendly, skilled, and a passionate landscaping team creating modern, low maintenance gardens across Birmingham, Solihull, Tamworth, and the wider West Midlands.

We're on the lookout for an experienced composite decking and cladding installer to join us. If you love working outdoors, take pride in your craftsmanship, and want to be part of a supportive, hands on team we'd love to hear from you! This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience who's confident running jobs independently, managing a small team on site, and ensuring projects are completed to a high standard.

About the Role

As a key member of our landscaping crew, you'll take the lead on our premium composite decking and cladding projects. We're certified Millboard and NeoTimber installers, so we're all about high standards, clean finishes, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing:

Installing stunning composite decking systems with precision and care Fitting high quality composite cladding to enhance garden rooms and outdoor spaces Working with top tier products like Millboard and NeoTimber Preparing sub bases and frameworks to ensure lasting installations Making sure every job meets our high standards and warranty requirements Collaborating with our friendly landscaping team to bring full garden projects to life Keeping work areas tidy and safe Delivering excellent customer service on-site Taking charge and leading decking and cladding jobs from start to finish
What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:

At least 3 years of hands on experience in composite decking and cladding installation Solid carpentry and construction skills Ability to read and follow technical plans Great attention to detail and a pride in quality work Physically fit and comfortable with manual work Reliable, punctual, and a team player Confident in calculating materials needed for jobs

Bonus Points:

Millboard product knowledge or certification Experience in general landscaping Full UK driving licence Your own tools and equipment
