Dental Hygienist/Therapist - Part-Time (3 Days/Week) Fully Private

Cottage Dental Practice


Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Position Overview:


We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist/Therapist to join our team for three days a week. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting oral health and delivering high-quality periodontal care.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct thorough oral health assessments, including reviewing medical histories and evaluating patients' oral conditions.

Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing to remove plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth.

Apply preventive treatments, such as fluoride and sealants, to protect teeth.

Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide nutritional guidance.

Collaborate with dentists to develop and implement comprehensive dental care plans.

Maintain accurate patient treatment records and notes.

Requirements:



Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).

Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist in a clinical setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Working Hours:


Three days per week. Specific days to be discussed during the interview process.
