We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in our fully private dental & aesthetics clinic Chertsey, Surrey. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. Responsibilities
Assist with the organisation and coordination of daily tasks to ensure operational efficiency
Support team members with various administrative duties as required
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Contribute to ongoing projects by providing timely and accurate support
Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to facilitate smooth operations
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Set up the dental treatment room each morning and between patients
Manage the autoclave and maintain the decontamination room to required standards
Follow all general practice protocols and compliance procedures
Complete and maintain all relevant clinical and administrative forms
Be familiar with the SOE (Software of Excellence) dental software
Be able to carry out digital dental scanning
Have working knowledge and familiarity with Invisalign systems
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative or organisational role is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency in basic IT applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
