Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared in advance.
Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring all information is up to date and compliant with regulations.
Ensure the sterilisation of instruments and cleanliness of the treatment area, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Support the administrative team with scheduling appointments, managing patient files, and handling correspondence as needed.
Stay informed about new dental technologies and procedures to enhance patient care and practice efficiency.
Skills
Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and understanding.
Proficient in English with excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
Background in nursing or relevant healthcare experience is preferred.
Basic IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling software.
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
