Qualified Dental Nurse - Full Time (40 Hours per Week)

Location: Darren Bywater Dental Care, Allestree, Derby

We're looking for a Qualified Dental Nurse to join our friendly and professional team at Darren Bywater Dental Care. We're a fully private, multi-disciplinary practice known for high standards, thoughtful patient care and a genuinely supportive culture.


Alongside your clinical work, you'll play a key part in developing our early-career nurses. You'll mentor our apprentice dental nurses, help guide them through their training and work closely with their course providers. We have a strong track record of helping apprentices grow, with one currently in training and another on the way. If you enjoy helping others build confidence and want a role that lets you contribute to the next generation of nurses, this will suit you well.


You'll be joining a team that offers a wide range of advanced treatments including implants, endodontics, periodontics, restorative work, orthodontics and dentures. Your Role Will Include

Supporting clinicians with both routine and complex procedures Maintaining high standards of infection control and decontamination Preparing treatment rooms Updating and managing patient records Providing reassuring, attentive care to patients Mentoring apprentice dental nurses and liaising with course providers
