Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our team. As a Dental Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assisting the dentist during dental procedures and providing excellent patient care. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic dental practice and contribute to the oral health and well-being of our patients.

Duties:

- Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are readily available

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, passing instruments, suctioning, and providing support as needed

- Take and develop dental x-rays as directed by the dentist

- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist, anticipating their needs and ensuring patient comfort

- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is preferred

- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments

- Familiarity with infection control protocols and sterilization techniques

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
