We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dental team in delivering high-quality services. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment prior to procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date. Communicate effectively with patients, providing them with information about treatments and aftercare. Manage appointment schedules and assist in the organisation of the dental practice. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and managing inventory of dental supplies. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Dental Nurse or in a similar role is preferred. Strong command of English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with patients and staff. Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and understanding. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in IT systems relevant to dental practice management is advantageous. A valid nursing qualification or certification in dental nursing is required.
