A new opportunity has arisen for a new and exciting receptionist/ Treatment Coordinator position based in our luxury new private dental practice in Islington - London.
We are a group of clinics with sites in Battersea, Brixton and Islington
The new opportunity will suit a hardworking and pro-active ambitious individual looking for a new career in dentistry.
Looking for a candidate with initiative, confidence, able to think outside of the box and generate new innovative ideas. A people person able to liaise and build a rapport with patients.
Ideally previous experience in high end dentistry, sales experience, hotels/ front of house, will help with the exceptional customer facing standards expected of this role.
The ideal candidate will be well presented, possess excellent communication skills, and have familiarity with the functioning of a dental practice and clinical governance.
Immediate start -full time role including some Saturdays.
Wages 13-15 per hour dependent on experience plus commission
Bonus after meeting performance targets
Hours of work:
Full- time including some Saturdays if the business requires

MUST HAVE DENTAL RECEPTION and SALES EXPERIENCE USED TO TARGETS TO DRIVE SALES
Lead a dedicated team with the smooth running and management of the practice, both clinical and non-clinical
Managing all banking procedures, including cashing up reports, deposits, payments, reconciliation
reception/FOH by answering calls and booking appointments and helping patients in-house. Managing email inbox
following protocols
promoting reviews and able to demonstrate initiative in growth of the business
Liaising with other practices in the group (Battersea Smiles, Islington Smiles)
Reporting to the Group Operations Manager
Treatment Coordinator duties:
Developing & growing private lists
Responding to patient inquiries.
Communicating with patients and administering the dental plans
Be the first point of contact for new patient enquires
relay them to patients and discuss payment/finance options.
Submit finance applications for patients and follow up with patients
Supporting the patient throughout their treatment journey
Effective communication with all key business relationships
Ensure all information and consent forms have been sent, read and signed.
Book treatment appointments if needed
Follow up patient treatments with phone calls and email and obtain testimonials and videos of patients on completion. Target driven to grow reviews

What we need from you:
Must have previous treatment coordinator or reception experience
Must be a good team player, willing to assist other members when necessary.
Reliable, punctual, Motivated and ambitious

Commercially astute; sales, target and KPI driven
Excellent communication skills

Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, keeping patient satisfaction in mind

Proficient user of SOE software

Skills and experience
Strong IT skills including proficiency using the Microsoft suite of programmes especially Word, Excel & Outlook.
