DrBK is an award winning private Dental & Medical Aesthetic practice based in Reading, Berkshire. We offer a wide variety of treatments at the clinic including

Dental treatments, from routine dental examinations to full mouth makeovers. Anti wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers, non surgical face-lifts and hair loss treatment Medical treatments such as, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, treatments for weight loss, body toning and skin health promotion.
We are one of the UK's leading course providers for medical professionals in the facial aesthetic industry. Led by Dr Bob Khanna, we set the standard at delivering excellent patient care and actively promote public safety worldwide.

We have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced dental nurse/Receptionist to work full time or part time at our Dental and Facial aesthetic clinic here in Reading. This clinic is open (5 days a week -Monday to Friday)

To be a successful candidate you will have

experience within the Dental industry

. We are looking for a passionate individual who has high standards in patient care and great communication skills.. This role will be completely patient focused tasks include:

Answering all incoming patient emails/calls Meeting and greeting service to all clients. Scheduling appointments and managing the patient diary effectively. Providing patients with their treatment plans and talking them through each procedure when required. Ensuring all relevant documents and information has been provided to the patient prior to any treatment being carried out. Ensuring all information and literature is accessible for the clinician ahead of seeing their patient. Keeping track of patient treatment plans and arranging appointments for outstanding items in good time. completing follow up calls to all clients who have had a procedure or completed their treatment. completing patient finance applications and managing payments. Managing debt and outstanding payments. Sending reports to management and marketing and working with the team to encourage patient flow is optimised and the diary is maintained accordingly. Nursing and assisting the dentist chair side in surgery
Please note knowledge & previous experience of using

SOE's Exact booking software is essential

and having previous experience or knowledge regarding the treatments we offer would be advantageous. However, full training would be given.

Competitive salary dependent on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.00-16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
