This will be selling Solar by Virtual appointment and living Locally to Castleford will be an advantaged.

Role Overview:
We seek a motivated sales professional with a proven track record in B2C Direct Sales, particularly within the Energy sector. In this role, you will be responsible for closing sales through
virtual video consultations, conducted primarily via Microsoft Teams, from our Castleford office.
Your sales expertise will be essential in educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy, converting leads into satisfied clients, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging virtual sales presentations to prospective customers via Microsoft Teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their energy needs through remote consultations.
Clearly communicate the value of Solar Fast's products and services, emphasising our commitment to sustainability and benefits to the customer.
Address customer objections and concerns effectively during video meetings.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through virtual interactions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information using our CRM system.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: A strong background in direct sales, preferably in the renewable energy or home improvement sectors.
Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, especially in a virtual setting.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams for video meetings and sales CRM software.
Passion: A genuine interest in renewable energy and a commitment to sustainability.

Schedule: Candidate must flexible working 5 days out of 6 Monday to Saturday with a total 38.5hours weekly to be available in operating between hours currently 10am to 8pm Subject to change Schedule: But also Flexible to change shift patterns with notice
