Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Direct/Indirect Warper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the textile industry, specifically in warping processes. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production line, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain direct and indirect warping machines, ensuring optimal performance and quality output. Monitor the warping process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain specifications and standards. Conduct regular inspections of yarns and materials to ensure they meet quality requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the warping process promptly. Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and reduce waste. Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and any defects encountered. Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.

Qualifications

Proven experience in operating direct and indirect warping machines within a textile manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of yarn types, properties, and their impact on the warping process. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
